We are seeking an experienced Vice President – Fiduciary Services to manage a portfolio of complex client structures while serving as a director and trusted advisor across a range of structured finance and fiduciary mandates.
This is a senior client-facing position requiring strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, regulatory knowledge, and relationship management capabilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in both servicing existing clients and supporting business growth initiatives.

Manage and oversee a portfolio of client entities and fiduciary mandates.
Fulfill fiduciary duties and corporate governance obligations in accordance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
Review and analyze transaction documents and identify issues requiring escalation or resolution.
Provide guidance on governance, risk management, and operational matters affecting client structures.
Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investment managers, legal counsel, auditors, and other stakeholders.
Deliver responsive, high-quality service in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment.
Coordinate transaction execution and ongoing administration activities across multiple parties and jurisdictions.
Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and introduce additional service offerings.

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.

Support billing and accounts receivable activities for assigned client portfolios.
Identify operational and regulatory risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
Mentor and support junior team members.
Contribute to departmental initiatives, process improvements, and strategic projects.
Assist in driving operational excellence and service quality across the fiduciary function.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related discipline.
Professional qualification such as CA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of experience within financial services, corporate services, fiduciary services, fund administration, structured finance, or a related sector.
Strong understanding of structured finance products and transaction documentation.
Experience serving as a director, board member, or fiduciary representative for corporate structures or special purpose vehicles.
Deep understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Proven client relationship management experience with a track record of retaining and growing client accounts.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with offshore financial structures and international corporate vehicles.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relating to beneficial ownership, economic substance, AML, and automatic exchange of information requirements.
Exposure to transformation, process improvement, or operational change initiatives.
Experience with corporate administration and fiduciary management platforms.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills.
