We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Corporate Social Responsibility & Social Investing to join our Marketing & Corporate Affairs team. This role is located in CITY.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead the development and implementation of corporate social responsibility strategies by leveraging expertise in the field to align with BNY's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and execute social investing opportunities that enhance community partnerships and drive social impact.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social responsibility initiatives by utilizing data-driven insights to ensure continued alignment with organizational goals.
  • Advocate for sustainable business practices by promoting awareness and engagement in corporate social responsibility across the organization.

To be successful in this role, we are seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Typically 7-12 years of experience; background in sustainability and/or social practices preferred.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills to drive social responsibility initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to assess program impact and align with BNY's strategic goals.
