IMCO is seeking a VP, Enterprise IT and Data Transformation on a full-time, permanent basis!

Reporting to the Chief Technology and Data Officer, the VP, Enterprise IT and Data Transformation is accountable for shaping and delivering enterprise-wide technology and data platforms and services required to enable IMCO’s long-term transformation. This role provides end-to-end leadership across enterprise architecture, cloud and infrastructure platforms, network and integration services, data enablement, and AI/automation. The mandate is to establish scalable, governed, resilient and interoperable capabilities that accelerate business value creation aligned with IMCO’s strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Architecture

  • Establish and govern enterprise-wide architecture principles, standards, and decision frameworks

  • Ensure all technology and data investments align to long-term, interoperable, and scalable design

  • Sponsor and direct enterprise architecture review and decision forums to reduce fragmentation and technical debt

  • Enable and evolve the enterprise technology and data roadmap in partnership with IT leadership and aligning to IMCO’s strategy

Cloud, Infrastructure & Network Services

  • Lead the strategy and operation of IMCO’s managed cloud, infrastructure services, and enterprise network

  • Ensure resilient, secure, and scalable infrastructure aligned to enterprise demand and growth

  • Ensure Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity Planning and Incident readiness and response plans are documented, operationalized and practised

Integration & Enterprise Platforms

  • Establish enterprise integration strategy, patterns, and platforms to enable seamless data and system interoperability

  • Standardize secure integration architecture and promote reusable, scalable solutions

  • Ensure alignment between application, integration, and platform architecture and services

  • Support the evaluation of new products and services and enable the onboarding of them into IMCO’s ecosystem

Data, AI and Automation Enablement

  • Enable responsible scale of AI and automation capabilities across the enterprise, ensuring a robust platform approach, standard architecture patterns, embedded governance and security capabilities, and a cost-effective approach to operations

  • Provide overall direction and guidance for enterprise data enablement, including governance, data architecture, and data management practices

  • Champion the adoption of enterprise data standards, ownership models, and accountability frameworks

  • Partner with IT and business leaders to drive adoption of common data processes and tools

Transformation Execution

  • Lead structural and capability transformation for IMCO across enterprise architecture and Data/AI enablement

  • Simplify the technology landscape and reduce duplication and fragmentation

  • Drive improved intake, prioritization, and capacity management practices

  • Shift focus from project-based delivery to strategic platform-based capabilities

Governance, Risk & Control

  • Enable enterprise technology governance, including architecture governance and platform controls

  • Ensure compliance with SOC II and NIST Cybersecurity Framework

  • Establish clear decision rights, accountability, and transparency across IT and data domains

  • Proactively identify and mitigate operational, technology, and data risks

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Develop and maintain strong partnership as a horizontal enabling function across business-facing IT groups

  • Build and lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary leadership team across architecture, cloud, data, and AI

  • Develop critical skills in architecture, data, AI, and platform engineering

  • Reduce key-person risk through structured capability development and workforce planning

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What you need to succeed:

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership in technology, data, and transformation roles

  • Proven experience leading architecture, cloud, infrastructure, and data functions at scale

  • Deep understanding of data and AI enablement, and associated platform architecture

  • Experience managing complex vendor ecosystems and large-scale technology environments

  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills with track record of enabling business outcomes through IT solutions

  • Strong people leadership experience with track record of building high-performing, collaborative teams

  • Proven financial stewardship across Cloud, AI, and Agentic operations
