The Markets team is looking for an experienced eFX salesperson to join the team either in London or Madrid. If you’re a high performer in a similar role, this could be the perfect opportunity to develop your career.
The difference you’ll make:
Driving adoption of electronic FX execution across the Global Corporate FX franchise, supporting sales teams with hands-on execution expertise
Actively engaging with clients to educate, guide and optimise their use of electronic FX platforms and execution tools
Working closely with FX Trading to monitor execution quality, client behaviour and pricing performance, and to implement targeted improvements
Partnering with technology, data science, quants and production support teams to analyse usage data and optimise client-level pricing and execution outcomes
Contributing directly to the development and evolution of the eFX offering, providing practical, client-led input into the product roadmap
Using metrics and execution data to proactively identify opportunities, issues and trends, rather than reacting to ad-hoc requests
Supporting the rollout of new platforms, features and capabilities, ensuring they are delivered in a practical, client-ready manner
Acting as a centre of expertise for electronic FX execution, collaborating across teams while respecting relationship ownership by voice sales
Helping to build a scalable and consistent global operating model for electronic FX within Corporate Sales
What you’ll bring:

Ability to work effectively with technology, data science, quants and production support teams
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex execution concepts clearly and pragmatically to clients and internal stakeholders
Commercially aware, with a focus on client outcomes rather than transactional selling
It would also be nice for you to have:
Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken
Exposure to platform rollout, client onboarding, execution optimisation or electronic flow migration initiatives
Exposure to programming or scripting languages (e.g. Python, SQL, R)
