The Vice President of Gen AI Delivery will drive innovation
and excellence in building next-generation AI services and solutions
in an industry-leading Frontier AI Data Foundry
. This role leads a
global team delivering cutting-edge Generative AI programs, such as Prompt
Engineering and Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback, for
industry-leading clients. We are looking for a strong leader who can transform
and motivate a diverse global team of 200+.

Requirements

  15+ years of leadership experience in AI, data science, or
  related fields.

  Retrieval Augmented Generation.

  Proven ability to lead and scale large, diverse global
  teams.

  Strong strategic vision with exceptional execution and
  decision-making skills.
• 
  Executive-level communication, relationship-building, and
  client management skills.
