Position Purpose
This position is responsible for overseeing the organization’s dealer business in the state of Texas. Texas is the single largest opportunity in North America and if vital to the overall success of JCB’s business. The objective is to develop and implement sales and aftermarket strategies as well as to monitor and analyze dealer activity against goals.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities
• Direct and coordinate dealer sales and aftermarket functions for Texas.
• Develop and coordinate selling cycles and methodology for the dealer network.
• Direct and oversee the company dealer network base and work to identify and develop new customers.
• Ensure communications are coordinated and support sales plan objectives and meet organizational
• requirements in conjunction with North American leadership.
• Build, develop and manage a team capable of carrying out needed sales, parts and service initiatives.
• Research and develop strategies and plans, which identify sales opportunities, such as seeking out new
• dealers.
• Participate in the development of new target accounts and large multi-unit account proposals.
• Establish and maintain short-term and long-term goals and objectives.
• Establish and promote good working relationships with dealers and any relevant end-users.
• Collaborate with department managers and other administrative staff to execute and revise as needed a
• five-year business plan.
• Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Minimum of 10-years industry sales experience
• Minimum of 5-years as a Regional Business Manager or similar role
• Must pass any drug screens, background checks, and any pre-employment tests, which will be conducted
• in accordance with applicable law.
Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s degree in business or related field
• 7- years’ experience in a senior-level sales position within the same industry
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Comfortable in an in-person office environment
• Technical competence is a plus
• Must be customer service oriented, flexible, and have a high energy level
• Must have excellent follow-through skills
• Must have a professional, polished, and sophisticated demeanor and be comfortable in most social settings
• Must be open to domestic and international travel
• Desire and proven ability to learn and grow
Job Conditions
• Both office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory environment.
• Subject to noise and temperature changes.
