To build and maintain the systems that collect, store, process, and analyse data, such as data pipelines, data warehouses and data lakes to ensure that all data is accurate, accessible, and secure.

You will harness cutting-edge technology to build and manage robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure, ensuring seamless delivery of our digital solutions.
To be successful as a Data Engineering Lead, you should have experience with:
Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Database
Extensive experience with Hive, Hadoop Ecosystem, and large-scale data processing
Strong cloud data engineering experience using AWS Athena, S3, Glue, Lambda
Expertise Oracle comprehending the existing SQL queries and writing medium to complex SQL queries
Any Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google/Oracle) Certification will be plus.
Experience with Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, Data Lakes, and Data Modeling
Knowledge of Python, Shell Scripting, SQL optimization, and performance tuning
CI/CD, DevOps, Git, Jenkins, and Agile delivery practices
Experience supporting enterprise-scale regulatory, finance, risk, or analytics platforms preferred
Leadership Qualifications
Strong stakeholder management across executive, business, and technology leadership
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation and modernization programs
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Knowledge on other Database Technologies like Postgres, MongoDB, Snowflake, DBT etc.
Knowledge on other Orchestration tools like Apache Airflow etc.
Knowledge of Data Lakes, Lake Houses, Medallion Architecture etc.
