The Impact You Will Have:
Operating as ourVice President,CorporateStrategy,yourwork willdirectlysupport the QTS Executive Team as they make significant decisions about how QTS executes at scaleand drives success through strategic planning and initiatives.You’llroutinely work with C-Suite leadership to understand their strategic needs,developand execute analyses to address those needs, present the findings and recommendations directly, and support the implementation of selected recommendations.You’llwork closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure that every initiative is well informed, appropriately resourced, and connected to QTS businessobjectives You will be supported by and directly manage a strategy team.
What You Will Do:
Translate broad demandrequests and ideasinto structured, executable project plans.
Manage and/or execute qualitative and quantitative analysiswith a balance of rigor and speed.
Developproficiencyinworking with QTS & industry data sources.
Lead and influence cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives
Build and lead a teamof high performing strategic analysts at various levels of tenure, experience, and development stages
Build effective working relationships within each QTS organizationtoexpeditework and outcomes
Present project plans, analytical findings, and recommendations to multiple levels of QTS leadership.
Translate project plans, analytical findings, and recommendations into executive-ready work products.
Execute all aspects of your role with the utmost confidentiality.
Adapt to changes in priorities or direction with urgency.
What You Will Need to be Successful (basic qualifications):
Bachelor’s degreeor equivalent work experience
Ten or more yearsofoverallprofessional experience
Fiveor more years of strategy or management consulting experience within a large consulting firm
Demonstratableverbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholdersat all levels
Proficiency invariousproject management methodologies,leveragedto plan, execute, and evaluate programs.
Experienceleveraginganalytical skills to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Ability toleverageexistingproblem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize program outcomes.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Other Key Skills:
Mastersin business administrationor other applicable advanced degreesisstronglypreferred
Fifteen or more years of professional experienceis preferred.
Sevenor more years of strategy or management consulting experience is preferred.
Strong leadership and team management abilities to guide and motivate project teams.
Experience aligningprograms with organizational strategy, tocontribute to overall business objectives
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
