
Vice President, Corporate and CEO Communications
Position is based in Bloomfield, CT with full relocation support or New York, NY, with frequent travel to Bloomfield
The Cigna Group has an exciting opportunity for a senior communications leader to serve as Head of Corporate Communications. This role will be the enterprise owner of CEO communications including strategy and all written materials for internal and external audiences (investors, clients, employees, etc). This position will also be a central architect of the company’s enterprise communications strategy – ensuring clarity, alignment, and impact across internal and external audiences.
Operating as a highly trusted advisor to the CEO and the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, this role leads the planning, development, and execution of CEO communications while also driving disciplined, enterprise‑wide communications planning and messaging. This position sits at the intersection of strategy, communications, and leadership – translating enterprise priorities into compelling narratives, high‑stakes communications, and disciplined engagement across employees, customers, partners, policymakers, and other key stakeholders.
The right candidate will have a proven track record writing and examples of materials for senior leaders to various stakeholder groups. The role involves crafting executive communications for the CEO, developing speeches, and collaborating with stakeholders. This position is full-time with competitive pay, offering a dynamic work environment where storytelling and strategic insight are vital.
