You will lead Lundbeck’s commercial organization in Canada, setting a clear direction for sustainable growth and ensuring our medicines reach the patients who may benefit from them. You will combine strategic thinking with strong execution, building high-performing teams and working across the Canadian organization and with regional and global colleagues to deliver on Lundbeck’s ambitions.
This is a senior leadership role, part of the Canadian leadership team, for someone who is curious about what is possible, adaptable in a changing Canadian healthcare environment and accountable for delivering results.
As VP, Commercial – Canada, you will be accountable for commercial strategy, performance and organizational capabilities across the Canadian business. You will lead the team to identify opportunities for growth and ways to mitigate risks. In addition, work with the global team to translate Lundbeck’s global strategy and portfolio priorities into focused plans that reflect the needs and realities of the Canadian market.
You will provide visible and inclusive leadership to the Canadian commercial organization and contribute to the broader leadership of Lundbeck Canada. You will work closely with colleagues across Medical, Market Access, Finance and other functions, as well as regional and global teams, to make well-informed choices and deliver shared priorities.
You will bring a strong external perspective, ensuring we understand the evolving needs of patients, healthcare professionals, payers and other stakeholders across Canada.
