About the role:
You know which brands are ready for a live experience before they've put it in a brief. You know how to walk into a room with a senior client, understand what's actually driving their business, and connect it to something they haven't thought to ask for yet. And once you've won that conversation, you know how to make sure the partnership delivers something neither side could have built alone.
As VP, Client Experience, Experiential, you'll build and own Known's experiential client relationships globally. This role sits at the intersection of two things Known does at its best: rigorous, data-grounded strategy and work that moves people.You'll serve as the senior relationship lead for our experiential clients, helping ensure exceptional client partnership, business outcomes, and delivery across engagements. You'll also identify and cultivate new opportunities for Known's experiential offering, finding the clients who are ready for that combination in a live and physical context, making the case for Known, and then stewarding those relationships the way every Known client deserves to be stewarded.
This is a role with an immediate mandate and a long runway. You'll start by owning the client relationship on an existing high-profile experiential account while simultaneously helping to build the pipeline and practice around it. You'll work closely with Known's SVP, Experiential from our Studios team as that leadership structure takes shape, contributing to how the offering grows in capability, client base, and team. The person who thrives here is energized by that kind of early-stage, high-stakes environment and knows from experience what it actually takes to show up for a client when the work is live, on the ground, and moving fast.

The base salary for this position is $190K-$220K.
This range is posted in compliance with state and municipal Pay Transparency laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to receive additional Known benefits.
