
RESPONSIBILITIES
Directs all aspects of Community First’s policies, procedures, programs, and controls regarding medical practices and health services for all lines of business of Community First and it’s Affiliates. Collaborates with other leaders in the organization that supports efficiency and effectiveness. Provides professional guidance and support for clinical operations.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Must have a Medical Degree and board certification in the State of Texas, have a minimum of three years managed care experience including two years as a Medical Director, and a minimum of ten years clinical experience. Previous managed care experience is preferred. Understanding of population health, utilization review, quality management, and staff management policies and procedures are required.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Must have unrestricted license to practice medicine.
