Job Description

Key Responsibilities *

Activation

  • Plan, design and develop initiatives to drive card activation and usage to achieve business and financial objectives
  • On-going analysis on cards performance to ensure healthy portfolio on all matrix – activation, attrition & utilization
  • Work closely with all sales channels to understand, find out the gap and how may further improve for future campaigns to increase activation rate and usage

Retention

  • Design and develop customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and retain customer to minimise attrition
  • Maintaining a continuous engagement with customers with latest initiatives
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and find out attrition reasons and how may improve products and services to increase loyalty
  • On-going analysis on retention offer performance to ensure healthy retention rate

Member Rewards

  • To enable loyalty as spend builder to drive card usage via loyalty rewards
  • To work out rewards programme with cash value, relevance, choice aspirational value and convenience to build loyalty and drive better customer experience
  • Member Rewards related projects to optimise the rewards programme effectiveness, cost optimization and enhance customer experience by digitizing the rewards programme / platforms
  • To enhance customer engagement with intensify campaigns and communications

Digital Payment Solutions

  • Innovate and enhance digital payment platforms to meet evolving customer needs and industry standards to maintain competitive edge
  • Work closely with internal and external parties to implement and functionalities for digital payment ecosystem. This involves negotiating agreements, collaborating on join initiatives
  • Analyze user data to identify opportunity, developing new features to improve user experience and increasing adoption of digital payment method and usage
  • Plan and strategize with marketing to effectively communicate the value proposition of digital payment
