Vice President Business Transformation
PRIMARY PURPOSE The Vice President Business Transformation leads major business processes and supports functions that execute the company’s strategies. This role is responsible for delivering results for a core function or multiple areas of a business unit through subordinate managers and senior professionals. The VP partners with senior leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities, orchestrates cross-functional execution, and drives adoption of innovative, data-driven solutions. The VP sets or changes operational plans and goals for their area, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university preferred. Licenses as needed. Certification one of the following areas required (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Certified Business Transformation Professional (CBTP), Change Management Certified Professional, Six Sigma).
Experience
Ten (5) years of related experience in business transformation, with several years in a management role having significant business impact or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation roles within B2B environments required. Experience in the financial services sector (insurance, banking) highly preferred.
