We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Wealth Services Operations Business Technology Liaison to join our Wealth Services Operations Transfers Team. This role is located in Manchester, UK and will be working in a hybrid capacity. (4 days a week in the office).
BNY’s Wealth Services platform is a dynamic ecosystem that leverages advanced data analytics, intuitive digital tools, and seamless third-party integrations to streamline operations and empower advisors to deliver personalized, world-class wealth experiences at unprecedented scale.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Acts as a senior Business Analyst working closely with Product and engineering to deliver change in the Platform Operating model.
Will work with relevant POD within a Platform Group and work closely with the product owner to deliver change within the Agile model for that POD.
Manages initiatives to analyse complex business problems to be solved with improved systems, providing enhancements and recommendations as needed.
In this role, you’ll oversee the below tasks:

Technical skills:
Agile methodology
Project Management using JIRA & Confluence
Demonstrable Digital Tooling and AI expertise
Desired - business acumen / knowledge of:
Wealth Management, Wealth Services and Transfers of ISAs and other EMEA investment wrappers
Wealth product knowledge
Research skills
Critical thinking skills
Stakeholder management: Should have strong experience in managing senior stakeholders as part of Projects.
Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
