
WECU is seeking a Vice President, Business Intelligence to join our Business Intelligence department located in Bellingham, WA The Vice President, Business Intelligence is a strategic and collaborative leader responsible for defining and executing WECU’s data and analytics vision in support of organizational objectives and member value. This role partners closely with executive leadership, business unit leaders, technology teams, and risk partners to deliver trusted insights that drive sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and risk management. The Vice President oversees the Business Intelligence function, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, security, and effective use of modern analytics platforms. This role emphasizes a strong culture of collaboration, data literacy, and shared accountability, enabling teams across WECU to confidently use data to inform decisions while aligning with WECU’s community-focused values.

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is from $162,951.08 To $230,048.58 per year.
