The Vice President, Implementations (Client Onboarding Programs), is a senior leadership role within the Business Process Outsourcing organization, responsible for leading the end-to-end onboarding, transition, and operational migration of new clients across capital markets, wealth management, and asset management back-office operations. The role oversees a portfolio of concurrent implementation programs across products and regions, ensuring each transition is executed on time, within budget, and in accordance with agreed client outcomes, service levels, regulatory requirements, and operational controls.
This leader is accountable for successfully transitioning client processes into the Business Processing Outsourcing operating model, including knowledge transfer, process migration, technology enablement, workforce readiness, and post-go-live stabilization. The role requires deep expertise in sell-side operations, service delivery, transition management, governance, risk and control, and process transformation.
As the executive owner for client onboarding and implementation, you will drive alignment across Sales, Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, Compliance, and Customer Success to ensure seamless client transitions and sustainable service delivery. You will establish and continuously improve onboarding playbooks, governance models, and operating rhythms that enable scalable, consistent, and high-quality implementations while supporting SLA achievement, client satisfaction, and long-term account profitability.
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong executive presence, client relationship management, and cross-functional leadership. You will engage regularly with senior client stakeholders and internal executives, manage implementation risk, resolve escalations, and lead teams through complex onboarding initiatives under tight timelines and budget constraints. The role also plays a critical part in identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and future account growth within the Business Process Outsourcing business.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $220,000 - $230,000.
Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
