Pay: $144,935 - $269,165
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven IFS sales executive to lead new client acquisition for ABM Performance Solutions. In this national leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy that wins large-scale, multi-service IFS clients across all industries — including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, manufacturing, aviation, and technology.
This position will focus exclusively on new-to-ABM clients, driving enterprise growth and establishing APS as the premier IFS partner for organizations seeking to consolidate, modernize, and optimize their facility operations.
You’ll lead the full pursuit process — from early-stage market development through solution design, proposal, and close — supported by ABM’s national operations, finance, and engineering teams. This role is ideal for a consultative, high-energy sales leader with deep IFS expertise and a track record of closing complex, high-value deals in matrixed environments.
