Key Responsibilities

• Process review and update investment products workflow to ensure full compliance with the latest regulatory requirements and adherence to internal governance standards.
• Collaborate with Digital/Technology team and translate business requirements to technical solutions.
• Create requirements on digital journey and ensure the flow is complete and comprehensive.
• Involve in detailed discussions on digital journey ecosystem for technical feasibility studies and work closely with the development squad and solution architect.
• Support and maintain system functionality.
• Liaise on behalf of the investment product owner and facilitate discussions amongst all application stakeholders.
• Enhance the existing investment process flow.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Law/Accounting/Banking/Finance/Business/ Economics/Arts).
• At least 5 years of working experience in retail banking or consumer banking environment (preferably 3 years in managing process and digital projects).
• Strong financial and product knowledge, including Unit Trust and Wealth Financing.
