We are seeking a genuine relationship-builder with a passion for technology evolution – someone who can serve as a business enabler and help ALLETE build a sustainable clean-energy future. This role will help improve system resilience and business continuity, support renewable integration, advance automation, manage risk across critical infrastructure, and modernize legacy platforms while maintaining operational reliability.

The expected annual base compensation range for this position is $250,000 - $300,000. Compensation offered to the selected candidate will vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, training, and experience. Additionally, this position qualifies for a comprehensive benefits package including:
