NAB has established NAB Innovation Centre India as a centre for operations and technology excellence to support NAB deliver faster, better, and more personalized experience to customers and colleagues.

YOUR NEW ROLE

•Incident management, crisis management and operational response coordination.

•Strong stakeholder management and influencing across business, technology and risk functions.

•Ability to analyse complex situations and make sound decisions with incomplete information.

•Advanced written and verbal communication.

•Ability to operate under pressure and within regulatory timeframes.

•Work independently and collaboratively across the enterprise.

•Experience consulting/advising on Data management & Privacy standards, processes, remediation (preferred).

•Lead enterprise coordination of data incident responses.

•Maintain incident registers, response artefacts and governance reporting.

•Coordinate notification assessment activities and regulatory response support.

•Facilitate incident reviews, lessons learnt and remediation tracking.

•Support incident readiness testing, tabletop exercises and operational resilience activities.

•Produce or support management reporting, insights and trend analysis relating to data incidents.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

•Extensive experience managing or coordinating operational, technology, cyber or privacy incidents.

•Experience in a regulated financial services environment.

•Experience supporting crisis management, major incident management or operational resilience.

•Experience producing executive, committee and regulatory reporting

•Extensive experience coordinating with technology teams

•Experience deploying and embedding new enterprise-wide capability leveraging AI (machine learning).

•Prior data governance and/or records/information management experience is highly desirable.
