This leader will be responsible for driving business performance, operational excellence, client satisfaction, growth, and transformation across a portfolio of global transport and logistics clients.
The role will oversee large-scale operations spanning transportation, logistics, freight management, finance & accounting processes, customer service, and back-office operations. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of transportation ecosystems, logistics business models, BPO operations, and client relationship management, while delivering sustainable revenue growth and margin expansion.
