JD Security is a national leader in Electronic Security, delivering advanced CCTV, Access Control, Alarm and Monitoring solutions across Australia and New Zealand.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our Victorian Team based in Fairfield.

As a key member of our Service Team, you will play an important role in supporting our operations through daily job management, service system updates and general administrative support.

• Coordination of technician and contractor schedules to ensure accurate job allocation, and efficient workflow.
• Managing job setup and data accuracy in SimPRO to support timely invoicing and service delivery.
• Review and amend clock in and out times to assist timesheet accuracy.
• Coordinate stock and materials including receipting, allocation to jobs and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Supporting the Service Manager by monitoring workloads, identifying trends and escalating concerns where required.
• Managing contractor compliance and overlooking all job completion documentation / notes.
• Preparing minor service quotes and ensuring accurate job costing information.
• Monitor email inbox and respond to service related enquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain professional communication with internal departments, technicians and contractors on a regular basis.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of Service Management or Scheduling experience within a similar position (Trade Services / Security experience highly regarded).
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment, effectively prioritise tasks and executing defined deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance and quality assurance.
• Confident communicator with well-developed verbal and written communication skills (Liaise with Technicians, Contractors, Project Managers, Service Manager etc).
• Strong computer literacy with demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to quickly learn, and adapt to new software systems.
• Highly regarded to have exposure to platforms including SimPRO or other scheduling / job management systems (AroFlo, ServiceM8, ServiceTitan and FieldEdge etc).
• NSW Security License - Essential however can be obtained after 6 months of employment.
