Given their key role in team leadership, decision-making, communication, and production support, managers and supervisors are expected to work from the studio at least four days per week This increased presence helps strengthen collaboration, maintain closer proximity with teams, and sustain a strong, vibrant, and aligned studio culture.
VFX Production Managers work in tandem with a VFX Producer on a project and are responsible for the project schedule. They oversee the work of VFX Production Coordinators on their daily follow-ups to ensure the schedule stays on track. In collaboration with the VFX Producer, they ensure that the project is properly resourced and for the right duration.
