The Role
Framestore is looking for a VFX Line Producer to join our Episodic team in London. You’ll be at the centre of production, helping plan, schedule and deliver high-quality work while supporting a talented team of artists, supervisors, and producers.
This role is all about collaboration, clear communication and creative problem-solving. You’ll help shape the way each project runs — from planning through to final delivery — ensuring our teams are resourced, supported and set up for success.

Key responsibilities include:
Building and managing project schedules to meet creative goals and deadlines
Tracking progress and coordinating workflows across departments
Organising and running key meetings, reviews and daily sessions
Keeping production tools and databases up to date with notes and key information
Communicating clearly and quickly with internal teams and clients
Anticipating challenges and helping resolve issues before they impact delivery
Coordinating client deliveries and managing post-production wrap-ups
Overseeing project coordinators and supporting them in day-to-day tasks
Partnering with crewing, pipeline, and technical teams to ensure the right people and tools are in place
What we’re looking for:
Experience as a Senior Coordinator or Line Producer on a large-scale VFX or animation project
Strong scheduling and forecasting skills using Shotgun, Shotgrid or Flow
A solid understanding of VFX workflows and terminology
Excellent organisational, communication and time-management skills
The ability to prioritise and stay calm under pressure
A confident, positive and collaborative approach
