Group/Division

The KLA Services team consists of Service Sales, Marketing, Spares Supply Chain Management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, Digital Solutions and Analytics, and Technical Product Support. Our services organization maximizes the value of our customers' KLA assets – with highly trained service and product support engineers providing installation services and 24/7 technical support and parts delivery through our extensive supply chain network.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.

  • Administer and maintain the Customer Document Portal, ensuring high availability, reliability, performance, and operational effectiveness.
  • Manage customer onboarding, authentication, access requests, user roles, permissions, and document entitlement processes to ensure secure and appropriate access to content.
  • Support customer, channel partner, and distributor access management, ensuring users can access only the content authorized for their product portfolio and business relationship.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, DRM, intellectual property protection, and data privacy requirements through secure content delivery and access controls.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for portal support, incident management, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across LKS, IT, Product Support, Marketing, and Digital Experience teams to deliver portal enhancements, support the product roadmap, and scale future customer-facing capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Communication, Library & Information Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience administering enterprise content, knowledge, learning, documentation, or customer-facing portal platforms.
  • Experience with content management systems, knowledge management platforms, or customer portals.
  • Understanding of identity management, access control, entitlement models, and authentication technologies.
  • Experience working with technical documentation and content publishing workflows.
  • Technical knowledge: Experience with CCMS platforms (such as Ixiasoft); Experience with SharePoint, Azure-based platforms, customer portals, or knowledge management systems; Familiarity with Snowflake, CRM, ServiceNow, and LMS integrations.
