
2-3 years management experience preferably of customer focus and customer service.

To be responsible for the costs and KPI’s held within the Customer Relation departments balance the needs of the customer and ensure the IKEA concept.
To have a clear understanding of our consumer law to ensure the store fulfils IKEA’s audit standards.
