VCA Lilburn Animal Hospital is looking to add a Veterinary Technician to our leadership team as a Technician Supervisor!
Full-time opportunity consisting of four 10-hour shifts with rotating Saturdays.
Compensation is based on skill set, experience, and licensure status.
We’re looking for a leader who brings both strong technical skills and a passion for team development. Clear and consistent communication is essential in this role, and we’re excited to welcome someone who enjoys mentoring others, fostering a positive culture, and bringing fresh ideas to help move our hospital forward.
As a Technician Supervisor, you will work closely with our Medical Director and Hospital Manager to support daily hospital operations, provide mentorship to the technician team, and help create a collaborative, high-performing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to continue growing their leadership skills while making a meaningful impact on their team and patients.
