Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Hospitals (VESH) in South Deerfield, MA is hiring for our ER Immerse Nursing Program, a structured training experience designed to help veterinary professionals build the knowledge, technical skills, and confidence needed to grow into emergency veterinary medicine.
You don’t need to come to us with years of ER experience. ER Immerse combines hands-on patient care, structured education, and mentorship from experienced team members to help you build on the veterinary skills you already have and take the next step in your career.
As a Veterinary Technician participating in ER Immerse Nursing, you’ll build on your existing veterinary experience while learning how your skills apply to Emergency and Critical Care medicine.
ER Immerse Nursing is designed to meet learners at different stages of their veterinary careers. Your starting learning path will be based on your current knowledge, skills, and experience.

You won’t be expected to figure out emergency medicine on your own.
