  • Clean and disinfect medical instruments, equipment, and surfaces according to hospital protocols.
  • Assist with laundry, waste disposal, restocking supplies, and general facility upkeep.
  • Prepare exam rooms with the necessary supplies and equipment for upcoming appointments.
  • Help maintain a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for patients, clients, and team members.

  • Restock medical supplies, exam rooms, and treatment areas as needed.
  • Assist veterinarians and technicians with gathering supplies and preparing for procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to support efficient patient flow.
  • Follow established animal handling, safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols.
  • Provide additional hands-on assistance with daily hospital operations as needed.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • Previous experience in a veterinary clinic, animal hospital, or similar animal care setting preferred.
  • Experience handling and safely restraining dogs and cats is a plus.
  • Genuine compassion for animals and a commitment to their health, safety, and well-being.
  • Willingness to assist with cleaning, sanitizing, stocking, and maintaining the hospital environment.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a busy veterinary practice.
