What You’ll Do

  • Assist veterinarians and support staff with patient care and daily hospital operations
  • Safely and compassionately handle and restrain pets during examinations and treatments
  • Prepare exam rooms and treatment areas for appointments and procedures
  • Assist with patient care, feeding, walking, cleaning, and monitoring hospitalized and boarding pets
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hospital environment
  • Support client communication and provide friendly, professional customer service
  • Assist with boarding and daycare operations while helping ensure pets receive exceptional care, enrichment, and attention
  • Collaborate with team members to provide compassionate, high-quality care for every patient
  • Help identify opportunities to improve workflows, client experiences, and hospital operations
  • Contribute ideas for boarding and daycare activities, pet enrichment, client engagement, and community outreach
  • Assist with social media content and help share the stories of the pets and people who make our hospital special
  • Help create a Fear Free®, Low Stress Handling®, and Feline Friendly environment where pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous veterinary, animal care, boarding, daycare, kennel, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
