With an exceptional 2:1 technician-to-doctor ratio, our LVTs have the support and opportunity to practice advanced technical skills and play an important role in patient care.
Our Veterinary Technicians are an integral part of our surgical team, including inducing anesthesia, intubating patients, monitoring procedures, and managing dedicated technician appointments. Your skills matter here!

Want to pick up additional income? LVTs can participate in our after-hours emergency on-call program from 5:00 PM–10:00 PM on weekends. On-call team members receive an on-call stipend PLUS a minimum of two hours of time-and-a-half pay whenever called into the hospital.
We believe a great workplace is about more than just great medicine. Our team enjoys spring and summer parties, celebrations, and opportunities to connect outside of work. We’re a supportive, collaborative group that values professional growth, work-life balance, and having fun together!
Located in Minnesota’s beautiful Brainerd Lakes Area, you’ll have access to amazing year-round recreation right outside of work. Enjoy sunny summer days on the area’s many lakes, scenic hiking and biking trails, boating, fishing, golf, and more. When winter arrives, enjoy snowmobiling, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, ice fishing, cross-country skiing, and fat-tire biking. Add in wonderful restaurants, local events, and activities in every season, and there’s always something to explore!
