Position Details

Role: Veterinary Technician Status: Full-time Salary: $19.00–$21.00 per hour; compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience Schedule: 4 days a week and every other Saturday (half-day)

What You’ll Do

  • Perform pharmacy duties and medication preparation
  • Collect diagnostic samples and perform laboratory testing
  • Obtain high-quality radiographs
  • Monitor hospitalized patients and support treatment plans
  • Monitor anesthesia and maintain anesthetized patients during procedures
  • Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and procedures
  • Maintain complete and accurate medical records
  • Educate clients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
  • Support daily hospital operations and patient care workflow

What Our Veterinary Technicians Bring

  • Previous Veterinary Technician experience required
  • Strong technical skills, including laboratory procedures and radiology
  • Experience monitoring anesthesia and patient recovery
  • Ability to maintain accurate and detailed medical records
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Compassionate attitude toward patients, clients, and coworkers
  • Positive work ethic and commitment to continued learning
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced veterinary environment
