We are currently looking for a Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team at Livingston Animal Hospital in Livingston, Texas. Who We Are: Livingston Animal Hospital has been proudly serving our fantastic clientele since 2013. Our busy 3 doctor hospital offers a wide range of veterinary services for dogs, cats, large animals, and exotics. If you're interested in working with different species, this is your chance! With over 750 glowing reviews, we strive to provide quality, compassionate care and treat pets as if they were our own.
Who You Are:

• Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT)in Texas preferred but not required
• 2+ years of veterinary clinical experience as a veterinary technician, including phlebotomy and surgical experience.
• Ability to work rotating Saturdays
• Knowledge of industry tools and equipment
• Experience with proper animal handling and restraint
• Ability to be adaptable and work well with existing doctors and team members
• Ability to perform nursing care in a hospital setting
• Solid understanding of animal behavior and healthcare
• Understands the importance of excellent communication and organizational skills
