Red Bank Veterinary Hospitals in Hillsborough, NJ is seeking a Full-Time Surgery Technician who is excited to grow their career in a state-of-the-art 19,000 sq. ft. facility Just minutes from Historic Princeton and only an hour from NYC, our hospital offers both a collaborative environment and access to world-class veterinary medicine.

• General Practice
• Acupuncture
• Internal Medicine
• Cardiology

• Radiology (radiograph/CT evaluation and outpatient ultrasound)
• Surgery (soft tissue & orthopedic)
• 24-Hour Emergency Service

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in specialty or emergency medicine and be eager to advance their surgical skills.

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a specialty or emergency hospital
• Proficient in monitoring anesthesia IS A MUST!
• Ability to intubate patients
• Skilled in IV catheter placement and phlebotomy (various sites)
• Strong understanding of disease processes and treatment protocols
• Experience with IV fluid pumps and medication calculations/administration
• Capable of identifying subtle signs of pain, deterioration, or improvement in patients
• Confidence in caring for and monitoring critically ill patients
• CVT preferred
