A bit about us

We’re a 3.5-vet team led by a Clinical Director with a Small Animal Surgery certificate, alongside our fantastic senior vet .

Backing us is a Practice Director who is also an internationally accredited coach and leadership mentor. So support here isn’t just a word - it’s built into how we work every day.

We work closely with our Doncaster site, home to certificate holders in Internal Medicine and Dentistry. You’ll also have access to our wider White Cross network across Leeds and Bradford, where you can learn from vets with certificates in ECC, Medicine and Imaging.

And behind the scenes? Our Central Support Team in Leeds handles HR, finance and ops - so you can focus on being a vet.

The week in a nutshell

• 40 hours over 4 days
• Saturdays on a rota (with TOIL back)
• No OOH (yes, really)
• 15-minute consults (30 mins where it counts)
• Admin time actually built into your day
• A mix of consults, ops and second ops - flexed around what you enjoy

Location

We’re 5 minutes off Sheffield Parkway, 10 minutes from the M1, and 15 minutes from the city centre.
