As a Vet you will be accountable for patient care within the clinic, whilst ensuring we deliver exceptional care, always there for our clients, patients and colleagues whilst maintaining the highest levels of regulatory and operational standards and compliance.

4 days per week | Sole Charge | Newly Refurbished Clinic

We’re looking for a confident, compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly, close-knit team at our busy, newly refurbished Newton-le-Willows clinic, right on the high street and at the heart of the local community.

About the Clinic

The clinic is part of Medivet's branch partnership program; the partner is also a veterinary surgeon and works full-time within the wider Medivet network. You’ll be well supported operationally and given the freedom to perform your clinical duties as you require.

You’ll be working alongside an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) and Client Care Assistant (CCA) in a well-equipped, modern environment following a recent refurbishment.

The Role

You’ll work 4 days per week, providing excellent continuity of care, with weekend duties at Chorley 24-Hour hospital approximately every 6 weeks, giving you access to advanced facilities and a wider clinical team when on rota. You will also be working one bank holiday each holiday year, being a part of the team that ensure we are always there for our clients and their pets.
