The Opportunity
We are looking for a confident outgoing individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be part of a friendly, supportive team whose emphasis is on delivering high level client care from the moment our clients contact the veterinary clinics.
This is a varied and interesting post, responsibilities include – assisting new clients in their referral journey, booking appointments for clinical services, dealing with telephone and email queries from clients and referring veterinary surgeons, managing paperwork, scanning and ensuring a tidy and professional appearance in areas of responsibility, which will ensure the provision of gold standard customer care.
Reception opening hours are 8am – 7pm Monday to Friday. The post holder will work Monday to Wednesday within these hours on a weekly rotating shift pattern. The post will also require working every Saturday 9am-5pm.
This post is part- time, 28 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday).
