We are looking for a friendly and approachable Veterinary Receptionist and Customer Care administrator to join our team on a full-time or part time basis.
Ideally this role is full time up to 40 hours per week over 5 days however we can also consider part time hours for this role. There will be various shifts with opening and closing times on weekdays 8am-7:30pm and the shifts will consists of an early morning shift and a late evening shift plus a weekend rota 1 in 5 to cover Saturday and Sunday from 9:00am to 2:00pm.
We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills as you will be the first point of contact for clients. You must have a friendly, welcoming demeanor, excellent attention to detail, be a confident communicator via phone, face to face, and email, be patient, a team player, and be proficient in Microsoft Office packages. Experience in the veterinary or health care sector is preferable. Will suit someone who is used to working in a high paced environment that is willing to multi task. Must have confident clear IT skills.
