Animal Care West is looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our compassionate, client-focused team. What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Answer incoming calls and assist clients with scheduling and questions
  • Manage a busy multi-doctor appointment schedule
  • Check clients and patients in and out efficiently
  • Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records
  • Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to keep the hospital running smoothly
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients regarding appointments and hospital services
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Support a positive hospital culture by offering help whenever it's needed
