Role: Veterinary Receptionist Status: Full-time Salary: Negotiable and based on experience Schedule: 40 hours. Monday-Friday, with one Saturday 8-1 per month

What You'll Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional customer service
  • Manage patient check-ins and check-outs
  • Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments
  • Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records
  • Communicate hospital services, policies, and preventive care information to clients
  • Support daily hospital operations through organization and front desk coordination
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
  • Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure a smooth client and patient experience
