Position Details

Role: Veterinary Receptionist Status: Full-time Salary: Negotiable and based on experience Schedule: Varied schedule; must be available to close (until 6:00 p.m.) and work every other Saturday (7:45 a.m.–1:00 p.m.)

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
• Support check-in, check-out, and front desk workflow
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding recommendations and hospital services
• Maintain accurate records and client communication
• Support the veterinary team in providing exceptional patient care
• Help create a positive, organized, and efficient client experience
