Creekside Animal Hospital is Hiring a Veterinary Customer Service Representative!

Position Details

  • Role: Veterinary Receptionist/Customer Service Representative
  • Status: Full-time or Part-time
  • Salary: Competitive pay based on experience
  • Schedule: FT: 4 weekdays, 8:15 am-6:30 pm, with a consistent weekday off and rotating Saturdays 8 am-12 pm. PT: 3 weekdays, 8:15 am-6:30 pm, with occasional Saturdays.

Creekside Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced Veterinary Customer Service Representative who can keep up, stay organized, and genuinely care about clients and patients—even on the busiest days.

Our hospital is fast-paced, team-oriented, and highly client-focused. We are seeking someone who can multitask, communicate clearly, and help keep the front desk running smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide outstanding client service both in person and over the phone
  • Manage appointment scheduling and client communications
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records
  • Support daily front desk operations and hospital workflow
  • Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients
  • Process payments and client transactions accurately
  • Help create a welcoming and organized hospital environment
  • Assist teammates to ensure efficient patient flow throughout the day

What Our Customer Service Representatives Bring

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a veterinary practice required
  • Veterinary front desk or CSR experience required
  • Cornerstone experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent phone skills and attention to detail
  • Reliability, accountability, and professionalism
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills and independent problem-solving abilities
