What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll be a vital part of keeping our clients informed, our appointments organized, and our hospital running smoothly. You’ll:

• Welcome clients and help create a positive experience from arrival through departure
• Help clients schedule and manage veterinary appointments
• Answer client questions and help connect them with the information they need
• Maintain clear and timely communication with clients
• Collaborate closely with fellow receptionists, veterinary technicians, veterinarians, and other team members
• Help coordinate client needs and scheduling to support an efficient hospital workflow
• Provide attentive, compassionate, and professional client service
• Pay close attention to details while managing multiple responsibilities
• Help resolve client concerns with patience, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach
• Pitch in wherever needed to support teammates and the overall client experience

What You’ll Bring
