Here at Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital, we are looking for a versatile, hybrid team member who is able to support our front desk as a receptionist We are a hard-working team that values excellent communication, and we are in need of an adaptable, people person who also shares our commitment to our community.
What You’ll Be Doing:You would help clients schedule appointments, find answers to their questions, and maintain communications. You would be working side-by-side with almost every member of our team and collaborating with our front desk staff, technicians, and veterinarians. We need someone who has extraordinary attention to detail and excellent client service.
What We’re Looking For:While a veterinary background is helpful, we never want to discourage those who do not have it from applying. The most important aspects of this job would be your ability to communicate effectively, pay attention to the details, and work productively with a team. The ability to handle and lift animals, stand and sit for long periods of time, and perform repetitive tasks is vital to the role.
What We Offer:We offer a great work-life balance as we are open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm (no weekends!) and offer a variety of schedules within that time that both fit the needs of the hospital and our employees!
For our financial benefits, we have a flexible approach to compensation that reflects the skills that you bring to the team and outlines how to grow with future performance. For our Reception Team we offer $18 to $20 dollars an hour and quarterly bonuses of team rewards.
