What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Answer phones, route calls appropriately, and respond to client inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and manage daily appointment flow
  • Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures
  • Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records
  • Communicate hospital policies, services, and recommendations clearly
  • Support client education and follow-up communications
  • Maintain an organized, professional reception area
  • Collaborate with veterinarians and support staff to ensure a positive client experience
  • Help support efficient patient flow throughout the hospital
