Illiana Veterinary Hospital is Hiring a Veterinary Receptionist!

Position Details

  • Role: Experienced Veterinary Receptionist
  • Status: Full-time
  • Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
  • Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday, 8 am - 6 pm, Tuesday 2 pm - 6 pm. Fridays and Weekends OFF!

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling
  • Answer multi-line phones and relay messages efficiently
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate clearly with clients about services and next steps
  • Keep the front desk organized, smooth, and running like a well-oiled machine
