• Schedule: Full-time schedule with rotating Saturday shifts

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones and assist with appointment scheduling
• Support patient check-in and check-out processes
• Communicate hospital services, recommendations, and policies clearly
• Process payments and maintain accurate client records
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their pets
• Support daily front desk operations and workflow
• Help create a positive experience for every client and patient visit
