Position Details

Role: Veterinary Receptionist Status: Part-time (with the potential to become full-time) Salary: Negotiable and based on experience Schedule: Monday 8 am - 6 pm, Tuesday 8 am - 6 pm, 1 Saturday a month 8 am- 12 pm

As the first point of contact for our clients and patients, you'll play an essential role in creating exceptional experiences while helping our hospital operate efficiently every day.

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
  • Schedule appointments and help manage daily patient flow
  • Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client information
  • Communicate with clients regarding appointments, medications, and patient care
  • Support the care of hospitalized pets as needed
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and teammates to provide an outstanding client experience
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
