Position Details

All Animals Veterinary Hospital is looking to add a full-time or part-time Veterinary Receptionist to our front desk team. Our Veterinary Receptionists are the face of our practice. This role plays an important part in our community reputation and in supporting our clients and patients by providing great customer service.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple phone lines
  • Booking appointments
  • Greeting clients
  • Processing payments
  • Ensuring that the reception area is clean and comfortable for clients.

Our entire team is passionate about their work! We have created a family-like atmosphere and an enjoyable work environment. Our hospital has been serving our community for over 30 years and was recently voted as "Best Animal Hospital and Best Veterinarian, Dr. Maria Kenny" in the Lee County "Best Of" awards.

This may be a full-time or part-time position that would be weekdays only. A love of animals and a customer service background are a great fit for this position.
